NEST is a NO PHOTOGRAPHY/NO VIDEO ALLOWED event in any public or event space.
We understand that most people now carry phones with them for all sorts of reasons and we don’t want to have to deny that.
That said, taking photos or videos in any public space, including hotel common spaces, is forbidden, and will result in immediate ejection without refund from the event.
Don’t take photos of the hotel, or the area, in order to help other people’s privacy.
Only take photos with explicit permission, and in your own private spaces.
We do allow people to film tickling videos to be made for private or public use in your own hotel rooms.
Please note that people have agreed to take photos in the past, with assurances that they’d be kept private, only to find them on the internet later, so please be EXTREMELY careful who you trust to take your photograph.
We DO allow photos in the lobby on Monday, with permission, when people are leaving/saying goodbye.
