As of 2026, NEST is relaxing its COVID19 policy; it is no longer required to show proof of vaccination or a recent booster in order to attend NEST.
HOWEVER
We still highly encourage staying up to date on the latest boosters, just like yearly flu shots are advocated for. Being responsible and protecting those around you is sexy.
Please be smart about your attendance. If you feel unwell, please do not come to NEST; there is always next year. We are not requiring testing prior to attendance, but it is a good idea to perform a test the day before your travel. We also advocate for masking up and carrying hand sanitizer when you take public transportation to and from NEST. Every little bit of protection will help you and your fellow attendees!
While we do not require vaccination, we are still conscious of the dangers COVID19 can present, and we are staunchly against anti-vaccination sentiment. If you have elected not to attend NEST in previous years because of an opposition to our vaccine requirement, or you have displayed anti-vaccine rhetoric to us or in public, you will not be welcome at NEST and we reserve the right to cancel your registration.
Masking is not required, but will always be supported if you want to wear one.
Harassing, antagonizing, or otherwise disrespecting someone for their masking choice will not be tolerated. This is a hard and fast rule that we classify like any other type of harassment.
