Recording
NEST does not allow recording of any kind (photo, video, or audio) in public hotel spaces (play rooms, lobbies, hallways, cafeterias, etc).
Recording is allowed within hotel rooms at NEST with the consent of everyone involved, but be careful with it, especially if it’s going to be shared. Remember that in this day and age, it is very easy to find a hotel’s location by cues given in pictures and videos. The wallpaper, the photos on the walls; anything can be used to deduce where a picture was taken. If you do wish to record, make sure you trust everyone involved in the process; if it’s not filmed on your device, you are not directly in control of the recording. If there are any doubts in your mind, better to just not record it.
Do not, under any circumstances, coerce someone to record a session. If you feel like you have been coerced into recording a session you’ve had with someone, please reach out to someone on NEST staff immediately.
Sessions
NEST has a strict rule against payment for sessions of any kind. Modelling fees, filming fees, or session fees are prohibited.
Do not schedule sessions at the NEST hotel before, during, or after the event, either with attendees or outside clients. These include paid sessions, filming opportunities, or anything of that nature.
Content Creation
Content is allowed to be filmed within a NEST hotel room (not in any public space).
With that said; NEST is a not an industry trade show. It is not Fetcon or Exxxotica or a press event. NEST is a gathering about the community who’s shared interest is the tickling fetish; while it might be the thing that brought us together in the first place, it is not the reason this event continues to run.
Do not use NEST as a poaching ground for content opportunities, and do not predicate your attendance to NEST on making content with attendees. If you are a content creator with a large store, we will be more vigilant about your conduct revolving around attendees and content. If someone wants to film content with you, they will let you know.
Fees and payments of any kind are prohibited at NEST. “For trade” content is allowed.
If you do choose to film content with someone that is meant to be put onto a platform (Clips4Sale, OnlyFans, LoyalFans, etc), remember that it will probably involve signing a waiver and giving that person your ID so they can have your age on record for their platform. Also remember that once you sign the waiver, the content is theirs to do with no matter what. If you are not comfortable with those things, it’s best not to make the content.
