All NEST 2026 tickets have sold out!

  • If you wish to be added to the waitlist, please email us here: Waitlist Email
  • As cancellations happen, we will reach out to the waitlist on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • We cannot respond to every waitlist request. If you don’t see any reply from us, then unfortunately this year just does not free up the space, but we would love to see you next year!

PLEASE NOTE the following three big Code of Conduct updates for NEST 2026:

  • As of 2026, NEST will not require updated COVID boosters
    • tl;dr: It’s just not tenable to keep up with this, both from our end and with the changes to the health system. However we HIGHLY RECOMMEND being up to date on your vaccinations, and we do not tolerate anti-vax sentiment; if we find one is spouting it, they won’t be welcome at NEST.
    • More info here: COVID19 Policy
  • We have new verbiage around content creation at NEST
    • tl;dr: Content is okay to make, but do not come to NEST specifically to make content. And do not use NEST in your marketing, the content itself, or as a draw for the content. If we get reports of someone trying to poach attendees to make content before getting to know them, they will be warned or possibly not welcomed to NEST.
    • More info here: Recording & Content Creation
  • As of 2026, NEST is a 21+ event
    • tl;dr: The presence of alcohol is just too much of a liability for us to feel comfortable allowing attendees under 21.
    • The server is still 18+
    • If we find that the date of birth you put on your purchased ticket does not match the one printed on your ID that you present at check-in, you will be turned away from the event.
    • More info here: NEST Minimum Age

We use Stripe as our payment gateway, so you will be redirected to Stripe once you begin the checkout process.

The NEST Scholarship Program

Applications for the 2026 NEST scholarship program are closed

After my first year at NEST, my life was changed forever. I found a community of people who understood me at a core level and who would become my friends and family for life. I wanted to attend for almost a decade before my first time. In some instances, work schedules or life circumstances had gotten in the way. Other years, it was the financial burden that I was not able to overcome. Travel, hotels, food, and taking time off work can all be monetary factors that can become challenges for anyone to attend NEST.

In lieu of early bird pricing, we are once again implementing the NEST Scholarship Program. If the cost of the ticket for NEST is an obstacle for you to attend this year, you can apply for a scholarship by filling out the linked Google form. Your application will be reviewed by someone on staff but will remain confidential. If accepted, you will receive a discounted ticket.

There’s no shame in asking for help if you need it, and your privacy will be respected. Likewise, if you are awarded a scholarship, please be humble and don’t brag or flaunt it. This program is intended to help those who need a little financial assistance to make it to NEST this year.

If your application is selected, you will receive a one time use discount code to be applied when purchasing a ticket. Keep that code a secret because it’s a personalized discount code and only good one time for one ticket. Keep this in mind if you plan to apply for this scholarship; don’t buy a ticket until you receive a response.

Pay It Forward Donations

On the opposite end; we have heard from a few people that they would love the opportunity to financially support NEST in additional ways.

When purchasing a ticket, there is an option for a “pay it forward” donation, in $10 increments.

This is a completely optional donation. It is never expected, nor is it required in any way, shape, or form. These donations are used primarily to offset the discounts given in the scholarship program, with extra donations just being added to the NEST account.

What does NEST use its funds for?

The main costs break down to:

  • Hotel contracts
  • Operation Hammond
  • The Scholarship Program
  • Food
  • Snacks

Any funds left over are used to make things better for future years; additional play equipment, better hotel contracts, greater capacity for catering, etc.

Money made from NEST has never, is never, and will never, be used for personal purchases. Every purchase made with NEST funds is in some way related to and benefiting the event.
